Positive: There was no enough blanket and the WiFi was not good

Areas for Improvement in Comfort, Privacy, and Guest Information Positive: The place was clean upon arrival, and the living room was spacious and comfortable. A smart TV was provided, and the fully equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. The location is very good, with the train station and bus stops just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, the host was responsive and helpful, with only a few minor exceptions. Negative: We were informed that the code to retrieve the key from the security box would be provided on the morning of our arrival, but the message did not come through. As a result, we had to make multiple WhatsApp calls to the host to obtain it. It would be very helpful if clear instructions or help cards were available in the unit, particularly for operating the heating system and activating the Wi-Fi, as we had to contact the host again upon arrival just to set things up. The blinds are damaged, which raises privacy and security concerns, as the inside of the property can be seen from the porch. Additionally, the main door has see-through glass with no covering, making the entrance hallway fully visible. Heating was another issue during winter. Only the bedroom could be adequately heated, making it very difficult to stay in the lounge area, which was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. While a washing machine is provided, there is no drying facility or dryer. Lastly, the backyard was untidy and poorly maintained.
