Feedback on Communication and Parking Positive: The equipment of the kitchen. Negative: Feedback on Communication and Parking Communication with the property was quite difficult. I tried to reach the owner or manager several times to obtain the code for the apartment, but received no reply to my messages or calls. Eventually, I had to contact Booking.com directly, who managed to reach the property, and I received the access code the night before our departure. Regarding parking, the description stated that a parking space could be reserved in advance. I had sent a request but did not receive a response. Upon arrival, I contacted the property again and was told to check the signs (if they were readable or sprayed on) near the flat. Since they were readable, I could not park there. They would try to arrange a space. However, I did not receive any confirmation, so we had to find alternative parking ourselves, which was quite challenging in London and cost €32. The following morning, we were contacted again and informed that we could park at the owner’s house, located a bit outside London. It saved us the additional parking cost for the next day.
