Awful experience
Positive: Space
Negative: Arrived and it wasn't clean, had to go out whilst a cleaner came (we got a small compensation for this) but wasn't good enough.
One of my children Found a weed grinder under the sofa with weed in it.
One of my children injured themselves in the garden, trolley on front lawn and garden an ABSOLUTE MESS and dangerous.
Fridge pushed up to an open wall where garage is adjacent to the kitchen, garage looks as disgusting as the garden, rats and mice definitely enter that home through that gap.
The toilet on first floor landing was blocked with other people's poo! They definitely knew about this problem as this toilet had a plunger and other didn't. Had to go up to the third floor to use the toilet.
Tv didn't work, we rang to ask the host to come look, he said he would, we waited in, nobody came, his response was that he has several properties to manage which also had problems (like that is my fault, and shouldn't promise to come if wasn't going to)
The doors are very loud and creaky and if somebody opens one of them the whole house will wake up.
The wardrobe on the third floor room is very dangerous, my child opened it and it started to fall forwards, luckily I caught it and banned the children from opening it.
On the first say my 5 year old got stuck in the middle toilet room, the door lock is temperamental.
Not a good area, somebody was beaten up outside the address at night and apparently a neighbour said the police and an ambulance came to sort it out, neighbours kept trying to ask my 12 year old about it when she went to the car, smashed beer bottles everywhere.
On leaving we asked the host for further compensation regarding the other issues we experienced, however since leaving the property the host has completly ignored my messages. I have had to proceed this further with booking.com.
I would never stay here again nor would I advise anybody else to.

Positive: Ubicacion a escasos metros de estacion de TREN.
Ha sido ideal con 5 habitaciones para 3 matrimonios con sus respectivos hijos
Negative: Podria renovar los colchones.

Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Positive: Le logement était conforme aux photos. Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien. Les lits étaient confortables. Les serviettes étaient fournies de même qu'une éponge et un torchon. Quelques produits d'entretien étaient présents. Le logement était propre et le wifi de qualité. Le quartier est calme. Il faut marcher 7-10 min pour rejoindre la gare de Lee. Le train désert le centre ville de londres en 20 min.
Il s'agit d'un excellent logement avec un bon rapport qualité prix.
Negative: Avant notre arrivée, impossible de joindre Christian qui nous a donné les informations pour le check in à 13h15 pour 16h00... Après, il a été très réactif.
Il manquait des couverts à notre arrivée qui nous ont été rapportés dès le lendemain. Il manque également une passoire mais sinon, la maison est parfaitement équipée.
