Modern 2 bedroom flat, SE6

Positive: Beds are really comfortable, shower is perfect. Negative: I missed the teatowels and there wasn' t enough cuttlery for give people. The windows are very dirty, a lot of spider webs, the view towards the yard was terrible, just a mess and rubbish (though web didn't use the yard), the mess was also in front of the house. The house looks poor from outside, but it is nice and comfy inside.

Very good clean accomodation in Catford Positive: It was very clean. To have two bathrooms for six people was useful. One of the showers had problem with drain. Two people had to sleep in a sofa bed, so we had to unfold the sofa, but there was no fitted sheet, owner brought us the right one. The sofa bed a bit narrower, two men slept here and it was ok. In the flat you are in private, downstairs lives somebody, but we almost didn't know about them. A kitchen had everything you need (except dishwasher). The location is not so bad, you walk 10 to 15 mins to train station (Catford Bridge, or you can take a bus) and than you go 20 mins to city centre by train (London Bridge station), so if you spend whole day in the city centre, the location is perfect. There is Lidl for groceries nearby, McDonald, KFC, two Costas, gym etc. Some maybe feel not the safest in the neighborhood, but everything was fine. Negative: A hair dryer was missing, but we had our own. Wifi connection in a living room was very bad so the TV was useless.

Great stay Positive: This was a last minute stay, host was very welcoming although we woke them up as was late. However he spent time to ensure we had a lovely stay and could contact him whenever. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Positive: Property smells lovely when we arrived, clean and spacious. It is good that there are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen is tidy, with pans and white goods. Would love to stay here again if ever we visit London in the future. Negative: Wifi is slow or get disconnected often, we just use our data all throughout the stay so not a big deal to us. Would be helpful if there is handsoap to use for washing hands specially upon arrival need to wash ours and kids hands, had to go out and buy handsoap at night but the accomodation is close to many shops so it is okay. No shelve in the shower to put toiletry/soap. Only 1 parking space but Christian was able to direct us to park nearby.

Excelente apartamento!!!! Positive: El apartamento está situado en un bonito barrio con servicios a sólo 10 minutos andando y una parada de autobús casi en la puerta. Es una zona tranquila. El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesites, es muy amplio y perfecto para una familia de 4 personas, incluso tenía un enchufe para aparatos eléctricos españoles. Todo un acierto, ya que llegamos muy tarde y no lo teníamos a mano. Limpieza excelente y contacto rápido con el anfitrión antes de la reserva. Sin duda lo tendré en cuenta para un próximo viaje
