Lovely flat in Brockley, SE4

Positive: Location, convenient, cute flat Negative: Found stairs challenging, no iron, no additional toilet paper, fridge was off so leaked and water on flow on arrival.

Positive: I've stayed in this apartment and reviewed it before. It's good value and well-equipped. The washing machine has a very quick 15 minute cycle, which is useful. It's close to buses and trains and a couple of decent grocery shops, a pub and a wine bar. The hosts are very helpful and the cleaning staff do a good job. Definitely recommended. Negative: Can't think of anything.

Bueno pero sin mantenimiento Positive: El departamento era comodo, tenía lo que necesitábamos para estar dos dias, la cama era cómoda, buena ventilación y buena vista, estaba limpio pero sin mantenimiento. Tenía buen acceso a los medios de transporte. Negative: La falta de mantenimiento: tenía lámparas quemadas en la cocina y el baño, la grifería de la cocina estaba casi suelta, alguno de los electrodomésticos hizo un corto circuito y generó un corte de luz completo (contactamos al anfitrión quien contesto rapido y cuando volvimos estaba resuelto), el lavarropas estaba sucio y tenía agua estancada y con olor a podrido. El anfitrión nos sugirió usar otro lavarropas que estaba en la planta baja pero no nos convenció porque también se lo veía sucio (sin agua estancada).

Positive: Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Air fryer. Helpful host. Negative: The toaster seemed to trip the electrics.
