Lovely flat in Brockley, SE4

Bueno pero sin mantenimiento Positive: El departamento era comodo, tenía lo que necesitábamos para estar dos dias, la cama era cómoda, buena ventilación y buena vista, estaba limpio pero sin mantenimiento. Tenía buen acceso a los medios de transporte. Negative: La falta de mantenimiento: tenía lámparas quemadas en la cocina y el baño, la grifería de la cocina estaba casi suelta, alguno de los electrodomésticos hizo un corto circuito y generó un corte de luz completo (contactamos al anfitrión quien contesto rapido y cuando volvimos estaba resuelto), el lavarropas estaba sucio y tenía agua estancada y con olor a podrido. El anfitrión nos sugirió usar otro lavarropas que estaba en la planta baja pero no nos convenció porque también se lo veía sucio (sin agua estancada).

Positive: Comfortable bed. Plenty of space. Air fryer. Helpful host. Negative: The toaster seemed to trip the electrics.

Positive: I have reviewed this apartment before as I booked it for two weeks then booked it for a further three weeks. I will be returning to it - or maybe to another apartment in the same building - for a further four weeks shortly. It's good value, comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a good location for shops, buses and trains, Negative: I think I said before that an iron and ironing board would be handy.

Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment offering excellent value Positive: This is a loft conversion apartment with a bedroom, dressing room, shower/toilet and kitchen/diner so it is more spacious than most apartments on here. It is well-equipped with central heating, oven, two-ring hob, washing machine and TV. There is a dryer for communal use on the ground floor. I've been here for two weeks and have booked a further three weeks as apart from the amenities listed above, the apartment is in a good location, has reliable broadband and the hosts have been very helpful. Negative: An iron and ironing board would be handy.....
