Cosy two bedroom apartment,SE13

Booking est à fuir ! Positive: Rien du tout Negative: Aucune organisation et communication entre booking et l’hote car ils m’ont que ce n’était pas disponible alors que j’ai fait 450 km de route pris le ferry avec des enfants et me retrouve sans logement à Londres. C’est du jamais vu chez booking. Vous avez gâché mon voyage avec ma famille. J’appelle booking on dit qu’ils vont me trouver une solution et personne ne me rappelle puis ensuite on me raccroche au nez. C’est à vomir !!! Je vous dénoncerai sur les réseaux sociaux avec photos et preuves. Moi et tous mon entourage c’est fini avec booking.

Negative: I had a bad experience with this owner, I do not recommend it. Before we arrived he called me that he had a problem with the hot water and sent us to another accommodation, a 4-room apartment. When we arrived, there was an unpleasant smell in that apartment, the bedding was dirty (I found hair on the sheet), the walls were very dirty and cracked, I waited for him for 2 hours to come and turn on the heat (I called him several times and he kept telling me that he would arrive in 15 minutes or he did not answer at all). When he arrived I told him everything, and he said that he would bring new sheets to change them in about an hour. I waited for him but of course he did not come and did not answer the message

Celková spokojenost s ubytováním, komunikací i místem. Chce to doladit pár maličkostí :-) Positive: prostorný byt, vybavená kuchyně, dobrá lokalita Negative: Pár maličkostí. Koupelna - koupit nový sprchový závěs, opravit zrcadlo, držák na toaltení papír, opravit silikonové tmely kolem vany. WiFi - nejde přečíst heslo z krabičky, naštěstí je i pod baterií, ale to někdo nemusí vědět, wifi pomalá, ale funkční Pokoje - hodilo by se něco na odložení oblečení Kuchyně - nefunkční digestoř, TV. Nabrousit nože :-)

Lovely cosy location Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Bathroom didn’t have soap, but wasn’t a big deal

Unsatisfactory. Positive: Location Negative: Hot water not wrorking. After it was fixed then the heater was not working.
