Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with on street parking

Good base to visit family in the area and explore London Positive: The space was efficient and the sofa bed was great. Many shops nearby and easy connections bus and train to larger shopping areas / centre of town and easily walkable to family nearby was key reason for property selection. Washing machine was helpful and eating facility and utensils were sufficient. The hosts were able to offer some flexibility as our dates changed and enabled early arrival and also late check out which was much appreciated. Negative: Lack of cupboard in bedroom and large floor based mirror. A wall based mirror could have enabled cupboard space rather than just a clothes rail.

Muy buena opción si quieres descubrir Londres pero no quieres gastar mucho en el alojamiento. Muy limpio, genial para 3 Positive: Súper limpio y bien equipado. El anfitrión muy atento y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitábamos. Supermercados muy cerca e inmejorable relación calidad-precio. Había dos estaciones de metro cercanas, la que más usamos estaba a 6 min andando. Hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta del apartamento Negative: Un poco lejos del centro (turístico) de Londres. Tardábamos más o menos 1 hora en transporte público, con muchos trasbordos, para llegar a cualquier destino turístico, por lo que los costes por usar el transporte público como el metro eran más elevados (unas 15 libras por día, incluyendo lo que nos movimos de un sitio a otro ya estando en el centro).

Très chouette Negative: Le canapé lit un peu bancale

Warm quiet flat with a lot of potential if some issues are fixed. Positive: Great location near shops, cafe and bus stop with frequent buses. The house has a few flats in it, I was in Flat 2, very quiet house and area and warm for our winter stay. Decent Wifi and hot shower. Working kettle, microwave and bathroom. Great for 3 people for short stay (bed is too soft for me) but a few improvements need to be done for a long stay. Negative: Very Squeeky stairs leading to the flat. No curtain in the kitchen/ living room space. The radiator in the bedroom did not really heat up so quite cold at night time. Washing machine was left on and door closed with a lot of condensation on the glass and mould in the lining of the inside of the machine. Due to the condensation and mould it smells really bad if you open or use it. The Oven has a strong smell of curry and unwashed trays. The Freezer is just full of frost.

Positive: Nada en especial Negative: No estaba limpio. El pequeño jardin exterior era un desastre, la entrada con moqueta vieja, paredes a falta de pintura y golpes. En el apartamento habia cosas sucias, especialmente en la cocina, la ducha no desahogaba bien, habia que interrumpirla porque se salía el agua y mal aislado. Lo peor de todo es q llegamos y no habia calefacción. Le llamamos y dijo q iria al dia siguiente, NOVIEMBRE en londres (nevó durante nuestra estancia). Me negué y llamé a booking y la respuesta del dueño(enfadado y con música alta de fondo) era q me devolvian el dinero, 23:00 de un sábado. Me seguí negando, y al final bajamos a los cuartos de mantenimiento y, siguiendo sus instrucciones, conseguimos ponerlo en marcha. No sé si será casualidad (no creo mucho en ellas) pero la última noche cd llegamos, tampoco habia calefacción. Al salir de vuelta a las 3 de la mañana decidimos no llamar.
